Beth is a Paralegal in the Construction team and is currently undertaking her qualifications to qualify as a solicitor.

Career

Experience

During her time as a trainee in the Property Litigation team, Beth had the responsibility of the day-to-day management of the mortgage repossession portfolio for a major high-street lender. This involves managing cases from letters before action, possession proceedings and enforcement action.

In addition, she prepared and served access letters in respect of heating servicing for a major housing association. Alongside her day-to-day duties, Beth also assisted more senior members of the Property Litigation team on various matters.

Career

In 2020, Beth graduated from The University of Nottingham with a 2:1 in American History. In the Summer of 2022, she completed her Graduate Diploma in Law which she did part-time whilst working in Operations at Wright Hassall. She is currently working in Construction and is working towards qualifying as a solicitor.

Interests

Outside of work, Beth enjoys going on long walks and spending time with friends and family and travelling. Beth also enjoys cooking, baking and trying out new recipes, and going to the gym.
