Construction Lawbytes - RMF & Wright Hassall Circular Economy

We are delighted to invite you the next Construction Lawbyes Webinar on Thursday  29th April 2021.

The event will be held through Zoom and will start promptly at 9am with the session ending at approximately 10.15am. 

At the session we will hear from the following speakers:

• Michael Hiscock (Wright Hassall) will provide a brief overview on the Government Construction Playbook and the new Construction Leadership Council initiatives.
  
  Michael is a Partner and Head of our Construction team specialising in construction and engineering procurement. Michael advises on a variety of contracts (e.g. JCT, NEC3, MF/1, ICC, PPC2000), professional terms of appointment (e.g. RICS, ACE, RIBA) bonds, guarantees and ancillary documentation.

• Rebecca Marsh (RMF) who will discuss making construction more circular & breaking down barriers to re-use.
  
  RMF are an award winning sub-contractor within the construction industry, they have been actively involved within the circular economy for the past 10 years and will be sharing their journey in reuse and how as an industry we can work towards net zero and making construction more circular.
• Paul Slinger (Wright Hassall) who will provide an update on construction law. Paul is a partner at Wright Hassall and is a specialist in dispute resolution in the construction and engineering sector.
  
  Paul helps clients get their buildings and engineering projects delivered at the right quality, on time and on budget. Paul also assists Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors and consultants to resolve differences and disputes on their projects.
