We work closely with our client’s appointed finance advisers and brokers to ensure that all stakeholders are kept up to date.
By working for both lenders and borrowers, we know what is needed to achieve both side’s respective goals. We can anticipate what might cause additional enquiries during the early stage of due diligence.
We will also work with larger deal teams on corporate acquisitions and portfolio property deals, with our Construction team on lender warranty and contract requirements for development finance, and our Planning team on all aspects of planning and licensing, particularly HMOs.
Our team has many years’ experience in charging and certifying title to social housing stock for registered providers.
We also use a tech solution to investigate transactions at quote stage to ensure pricing is accurate. This helps us to adopt fixed fees where possible.
Our areas of expertise include:
- Real Estate Finance from banks and other market lenders – ranging from short term bridging, acquisition and development finance to development exit on all types of properties, be that residential, commercial or mixed use
- Drafting bespoke finance documents including loan and facility agreements, mortgages and other security documents, intercreditor agreements and novations
