HR secondment

We appreciate that organisations can sometimes struggle to keep up with the management of all day-to-day HR issues, especially as the landscape of employment law and HR related-matters constantly changes. As processes are updated, and organisations continue to grow, keeping on top of everything can be challenging at times. Alternatively, it may be that you need another pair of hands temporarily to bridge a gap left by staff absence, kick-start a big project, or you may have simply experienced an unexpected peak in HR-related matters.

We have a HR secondment offering to provide additional assistance in these very situations. This service involves a member of our team working alongside your HR or management team, either in person at your office or remotely, to support you and your business. Whether you need advice on a one-off project, such as a contract and policy review, or impartial support to navigate a grievance or disciplinary, we can help you.
