Neal Patterson, Partner in our Farms and Estates Team and Head of Private Client Group at Wright Hassall
Neal is an agricultural property specialist who deals in the acquisition and disposal of farms, bare land and estates.
He acts for Landlords and Tenants with Farm Business Tenancies and Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 Leases for commercial use.
He has experience of working with banks in dealing with finance and charging of land and assets.
Neal has dealt with several promotion and option agreements both for development and renewables including solar and a battery leases.
Siobhan Sibley, Senior Associate, Private Client Team at Wright Hassall
Siobhan specialises in all types of matters within the Private Wealth team, including, wills, lasting powers of attorney, inheritance tax planning, probate, and the creation and administration of trusts.
Siobhan is known for her ability to provide practical advice in a clear and straightforward manner. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners having completed her STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates with distinction and is an accredited member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers (previously known as Solicitors for the Elderly).
Richard Dundee, Partner, Private Client Team at Wright Hassall
Richard’s specialism is dealing with matters relating to the advice, implementation and administration of Trusts settled both in life and after death. In addition, Richard advises clients on the administration of high value estates that may include an international element or Business / Agricultural assets.
Hannah Lloyd, Associate, Private Client team at Wright Hassall
Hannah Lloyd joined the Private Client team in November 2023, specialising in tax, trust, and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals. With a background running a successful rural business before qualifying as a lawyer, she has a keen interest in corporate structures and generational estate planning for farming businesses. This expertise occasionally leads her to hands-on involvement in the lambing shed or wherever extra help is needed. Hannah brings an in-depth knowledge of agriculture and equine issues, handling trusts, probate, and corporate matters related to wealth management, with a strong focus on high-net-worth individuals and complex estates.
Robert Lee, Partner, Corporate team at Wright Hassall
Robert has over 20 years’ experience in corporate law, he specialises in mergers and acquisitions, turnarounds, corporate restructuring and joint ventures. Robert also has extensive experience in advising on shareholder agreements, company law, corporate finance and refinancing, buy ins and buy outs (MBOs) and takeovers, both within the domestic and international environment.
He has particular expertise in corporate restructuring within the retail sector and acts for a range of clients from large privately-owned companies to entrepreneurial ventures. Robert is pragmatic and business focussed, often acting as a strategic coordinating counsel.
