Arvin has worked in the social housing sector for over 17 years. She specialises in portfolio securitisation work for Registered Provider clients.
Her work includes large scale title due diligence projects and working on high value charging portfolios including title health checks, drafting and negotiating certificates of title and reviewing and preparing other due diligence documentation.

Career
Arvin started her career as a property solicitor at Needham & James LLP in Stratford upon Avon, where she assisted on Large Scale Stock Transfers between Councils and Registered Providers, Social Housing Securitisation and general property matters for Registered Providers. She then moved to further develop her career at two Birmingham based firms where she worked on a wide range of charging matters including bonds and private placements for Registered Providers. She joined Wright Hassall in 2021.
Interests
Outside work Arvin enjoys reading, holidays abroad and spending quality time with her family.
This was a complex transaction where you highlighted the key potential difficulties early in the process and were proactive in reaching out to the borrower’s solicitors with proposed solutions as soon as these were identified. Unfortunately, their response was less dynamic, but your diligent and professional work ensured that we were still able to complete the transaction within timescales which were agreeable to the client. You absolutely took ownership of this case and drove it to completion and without this I do not think it would have been possible to resolve all the points we needed to in order to get it over the line. Despite frustrations, you were professional throughout and a joy to work with. You made yourself available for all parties calls which were tremendously helpful in getting matters resolved.
