About Beth
Beth assists with the preparation and submission of applications for skilled workers and their family members, and their PBS dependants, with general research on immigration law and process and with other types of immigration applications including indefinite leave and naturalisation.
Experience
- Online submission of applications and timely upload of supporting documents.
- Assisting clients with practical arrangements for biometric submission.
- Supporting senior fee earners within the team with a full range of Immigration and Nationality applications including Skilled Worker, GBM, Sponsor Licence applications, Appendix FM, Settlement and British Citizenship.
- Making applications on behalf of corporate clients and individuals.
Career
In 2020, Beth graduated from The University of Nottingham with a 2:1 in American History. In the Summer of 2022, she completed her Graduate Diploma in Law which she did part-time whilst working in Operations at Wright Hassall. She worked in the Property Litigation team and then the Construction team to gain as much legal experience. She is now working in the Business Immigration team alongside her LPC studies as she is working towards her qualification in 2025.
Interests
Outside of work, Beth enjoys going on long walks and spending time with friends and family and travelling. Beth also enjoys cooking, baking and trying out new recipes, and going to the gym.
