Large enough to provide a comprehensive range of legal services while maintaining strong client relationships at partner level.
Experience
Plot sales is fast-paced with many deadlines having to be met for both exchange of contracts and completions, particularly in peak times such as Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays where many sales are completed on the same day. Advance preparation is essential in such cases as well as receiving up to date information from buyers’ solicitors to ensure the transactions run smoothly.
