About Flora
Flora has a wide range of experience in commercial contract matters. Flora advises businesses from different industries in relation to Terms and Conditions or privacy policies. This can include reviewing their existing policies or drafting new ones. In addition, Flora advises both individuals and businesses wishing to enter into business relationships with a third party, including selling or purchasing a franchise.
Flora also assists businesses and individuals in drafting, reviewing and/or advising on various commercial matters such as Intellectual Property (including Media, Sports and Entertainment Law), Licence Agreements, Commercial Agency and Distribution Agreements.
Experience
- Assisting and advising customers with their existing Terms and Conditions, whether by amending the policies in place or drafting new sets of Terms and Conditions.
- Assisting customers from various industries and background including customers in the entertainment, construction or healthcare industry.
Flora also assists customers on both side of a transaction and therefore understands the pitfalls of a starting a business relationship and the difficulties of potential disputes.
Career
Flora studied at the University of Toulouse in France and qualified in International Law in 2018. Flora moved to England in April the same year to undertake a six month graduation internship with XPO Logistics (now GXO).
After deciding to remain in England, Flora began her career as a junior paralegal with Franklins Solicitors LLP in Northampton and started her Graduation Diploma in Law in September 2019 following with her Legal Practice Course in October 2023 with the University of Law in Birmingham. Flora successfully completed her Training Contract with Franklins Solicitors LLP and qualified as a Solicitor in January 2024 before joining Wright Hassall in October of the same year.
Interests
Outside work Flora has various hobbies.
She is very passionate about music, especially movie soundtrack and plays the drums. Flora also enjoys drawing, swimming and writing. Flora also reads a lot, her favourite genre being fantasy.
