Loraine assists the Commercial Real Estate team with the drafting of documents, Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty Land Tax returns. Loraine is involved with many of the varied aspects of Commercial Real Estate transactions.
Career
Loraine gained extensive experience in the legal sector in her early career before relocating to the West Midlands in 2003 and joined Wright Hassall’s Commercial Real Estate team shortly afterwards.
Interests
Outside work Loraine is a yoga teacher, holding a British Wheel of Yoga teaching diploma. Loraine also enjoys socialising, reading and lots of walking with her Italian Water Dog.
