Mamoona’s specialises in property acquisitions, disposals and licenses, while also offering strategic advice to landlords and tenants on commercial leases for office spaces, retail units, warehouses and industrial facilities.

Career
Mamoona trained and qualified at Gowling WLG in the Social Housing Development team in Birmingham. She spent time working at Gateley Legal LLP, also in Birmingham, in the Residential Development team, before joining Wright Hassall in November 2022 to undertake a Commercial Real Estate and leasehold management role.
Interests
Outside of work, Mamoona enjoys reading and exploring diverse and unfamiliar cultures through travel.
