Michelle’s specialisms is dealing with a variety of private client work to include preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship Applications and Administration of Estates.
Michelle can assist in all aspects of Estate administration to include registration of death, applying for the Grant of Probate, collecting and paying assets to beneficiaries and finalising mattes with HMRC.
She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Michelle has over four years experience of advising on all aspects of Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputy Orders.
Michelle specialises in working with vulnerable clients and in particular applications to the Court of Protection.
Career
Michelle has worked within the Private Client sector for over 15 years.
Michelle completed her STEP Diploma in Advising Vulnerable Clients in February 2023.
Michelle began her career as a legal assistant at a local firm in Solihull where she gained a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Michelle has been advising clients for over 4 years in all aspects of Estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection.
Michelle joined Wright Hassall in October 2023.

Interests
Outside of work Michelle enjoys time with her young family, and in particular holidays away in their new touring caravan.
