Robyn has a keen interest in procurement law which complements her passion for helping businesses of all sizes develop new markets and operate within a compliant framework.

Experience
Prior to her focus on commercial law, Robyn advised clients on litigation, insolvency and business rescue matters. This experience enables her to advise clients on how to effectively mitigate risks and expedite business operations without compromising quality.
Specifically, Robyn’s commercial law experience includes:
- Advising franchisors when rolling out and maintaining large national franchises across sectors.
- Advising medium and large family businesses on governance and commercial matters.
- Advising businesses in Europe and the UK on their business dealing with South Africa.
- Experience as a board member and trustee of established South African and English non-profit companies.
Career
Having studied business and law at the University of Cape Town, Robyn qualified as a South African attorney in 2004. Having worked at one of the biggest law firms in South Africa, Robyn thereafter practised for her own account before joining Wright Hassall in 2024.

Interests
Robyn is interested in anything that tells a story from travel to art; to music to reading.
