About Sabrina
Sabrina has experience in working with a growing list of start-up businesses and SME’s across a variety of sectors, providing support with their commercial contracting activities and legal advisory services.
Experience
Having qualified in June 2023, Sabrina has exceptional case and transaction management experience. Post-qualification she practised commercial property at a highly ranked, regional practice. Sabrina has
- Drafted, reviewed and negotiated commercial contracts and key supplier agreements.
- Provided transactional support to SME’s, investors, landowners and commercial developers.
Career
Sabrina completed with a first-class LLB Honours degree and went on to study her LPC at BPP University in Cambridge. Throughout her career to date, Sabrina gained experience in private client, litigation, real estate and commercial law.
Prior to joining us, Sabrina immersed herself in anything and everything relating to commercial law. She got a taste for advising on a diverse range of clients including SME’s, large corporates and independently managed businesses.
Interests
Away from the office, Sabrina is a keen fitness enthusiast, and also enjoys travelling.
