A survey from CIPD highlighted that over 40% of employers expect to adopt a remote, flexible or hybrid working approach after the pandemic.

This is a new way of working for many, but businesses are now looking to adopt a hybrid working or blended working approach to offer their employees more flexibility and a better work-life balance. Hybrid working is a form of flexible working, where employees are allowed to split their time between their employer’s office and remote working, usually from home.
