Our expertise
How much is your claim worth?
The figures below are for guidance only. For details of other claim amounts, please go back to our compensation calculator.
The value of your claim is reliant on a variety of factors; these are very individual to you and your circumstances. When assessing the value of your claim your injuries, the impact on your life and any financial impact both now and in the future are all considerations.
No win no fee injury claims
Many of the people who contact us are concerned with the legal costs of making a claim for personal injury. The majority of our cases are taken on a no win no fee basis, meaning there is no financial risk to you. There are other funding options available to you which we will discuss in our initial free consultation.
If you have been involved in a personal injury accident and you have injured your leg(s) or any other part of your body the first thing to do is contact us either by telephone or email and tell us the details of your claim. We will need to know when and where the accident happened, who else was involved or witnessed the accident. We’ll also need to discuss your injuries and the impact they have had on your life.
From the information you give us we will be able to access your claim and advise you on whether we feel it would be successful. Based on this initial conversation we will also be able to give you an estimated value of your claim and discuss the next stage in the claims process.
The world of advertising means you’re never too far away from an advert for “Personal Injury Solicitors” but it is important you choose to work with a genuine specialist in the personal injury field because increasingly claims are being undervalued, meaning you do not receive the amount of compensation you are entitled to.
"Rachael was extremely helpful and very thorough all through the process and gave me every confidence of a satisfactory outcome."
Time limits
As with all personal injury claims there are strict time limits imposed on when you can make a claim for leg injuries. Usually you have three years from the ‘date of knowledge’; this usually applies when the injury is not immediately apparent. For these reasons it’s important you seek expert legal advice as soon as you know of an issue.
