About Adam
Adam regularly acts for employers and employees on the full spectrum of employment law matters, from day-to-day employment and HR matters to advising on Employment Tribunal claims.
Adam has good experience advising on all usual HR processes such as disciplinary, grievance, capability and redundancy procedures as well as advising on management of sickness and other types of absence.
On the non-contentious side, Adam drafts and reviews contracts of employment, standalone policies and Staff Handbooks for businesses to ensure these remain up-to-date and legally compliant.
Adam advises on and drafts settlement agreements and negotiates exit packages between employers and employees where the employment relationship has broken down.

Experience
Adam qualified as a Solicitor in 2023. He provides support to both employees and employers of all sizes and levels of seniority.
- Advising on a complex termination of a senior employee in a client’s business and worked with other department on aspects of the termination; and
- Drafting a ET3 Grounds of Resistance on a complex direct and indirect discrimination and unfair dismissal claim
Career
Adam completed his law degree at Brunel University London graduating in 2016. Throughout his career to date, Adam gained paralegal experience in Commercial Litigation and Social Housing Securitisation at Wright Hassall and before this, worked for a London Local Authority.
Adam successfully completed his Training Contract at Wright Hassall and qualified into the Employment Law team in March 2023.
Interests
Outside work Adam enjoys live music and is a collector of vinyl records amassing a collection in excess of 500. Adam also enjoys watching sports of all kinds and is a supporter of Arsenal FC.
