Lucie Byron
Lucie heads up our Real Estate Finance practice, acting for both lenders and borrowers. Lucie is also responsible for our trainees, overseeing their recruitment, care, training and development.
About Lucie
Lucie's experience allows her to take a commercial approach to the decision-making this work requires. Recent work has included development finance, and finance in specialist sectors including healthcare and short-term bridging facilities.
Lucie advises mainstream lender clients in relation to security over real estate. This includes the diligence work over owner occupied properties, let investment portfolios and pension fund properties. Lucie also works on development finance: working alongside our construction team, we are able to advise borrowers and lenders on suitable appointment and warranty packages.
This experience also means that Lucie can advise borrower clients better on meeting lender’s requirements.
"Lucie Byron is also well-regarded by clients. 'The team takes a commercial view, reacting quickly to turn around documents and move things forward'"
