About Melanie
Melanie's specialism is dealing with a variety of new build plot sales both private and shared ownership, freehold and leasehold for registered providers and private developers. In addition, Melanie co-ordinates the plots team in respect of the large number of sales undertaken.
Melanie also deals with the legal work involved with surrender and regrant of leasehold properties, assignments and right to buy sales.

Experience
Melanie has some 20 years’ experience of dealing with conveyancing, and 14 years of which has involved new build plot sales.

Career
Melanie joined Wright Hassall in 1994 working initially in the conveyancing department and then moving into the development team where she has been for the majority of her time with Wright Hassall becoming manager for the plots team within the larger development team in 2018.
Interests
Outside work Melanie enjoys music, food, films, gardening and spending time with her family. All the usual!
